Thank you for choosing BabyAddy’s! We’re a small family shop in West Texas, lovingly handcrafting every bow, outfit, and little treasure just for your precious littles. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process so you can shop with confidence. 💕

Processing & Turnaround Time

All items are made-to-order with lots of heart, so our standard processing and turnaround time is 2–7 business days (Monday through Friday only).

We do not process, make, or ship orders on weekends or holidays. This time allows us to carefully craft each piece to the highest quality — we promise it’s worth the sweet wait! 🧸

Shipping Method & Delivery

We ship all orders via USPS (or similar reliable carriers) from our West Texas home.

•  We do not offer local pickup — all orders are shipped only.

•  Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

•  Once your package is handed to the carrier and tracking is provided, delivery time is estimated by the carrier (typically 3–7 additional business days within the US, but this can vary).

Important: Liability After Shipping

BabyAddy’s is not responsible for any lost, damaged, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages once they have been shipped and tracking information is provided.

At that point, the package is in the hands of the shipping carrier, and any issues must be handled directly with them (e.g., file a claim with USPS if needed). We always pack items securely and with love, but we cannot control what happens after it leaves our hands.

We appreciate your understanding — this is standard for small handmade businesses!

Tips for a Smooth Experience

•  Double-check your shipping address at checkout (we can’t change it after the label is created).

•  Track your order via the email we send with your tracking number.

•  If your package shows as delivered but you haven’t received it, contact your local post office right away.
