FAQ

1.) What is the current turn around time?

- Our turn around time is from 7-14 business days.  Monday threw Friday. We do not fulfill any orders during ( Holidays or weekends )

 

2.) Do we have any ready to ship items?

- There May be times we do have some products rts only if stated in the group. Everything is done by order!

 

3.) Do we do any customs orders?

- No sorry,! We currently don’t offer customs orders.

 

4.) What’s the best way you can contact us?

- By email or Facebook group page. Please do not message our personal pages because we will not respond or check them. Our email: BabyAddys@yahoo.com  

 

5.) Tracking number hasn’t been updated, is something wrong with my order, what can I do? 

- Once a label has been created you will get an email with tracking information, the information may not update till usps scans packages in. Please wait 48hrs for an update to pop up.

 

6.) My packages says delivered and i never received it?

- Once an item has shown deliver you must reach out to your local post office immediately. We are not responsible once it’s out of our hands, and sometimes we are not able to do replacements due to fabric limits. 

7.) Do we offer free pick up?

- No, Currently we do not offer pick up, We ship only 

 

8.) Can we exchange for another size if it doesn’t fit?

- No, we do not exchange sizing. We do have a BST on our Vip group you can check that out

 

9.) Can an item be replace for something else or another color once purchase has been made? 

- No, all purchases are final you’ll have to repurchase an order again. 

10.) What can I do when I get sent a wrong order or something is missing from my purchase?

- You need to contact us 3-5 business days once receiving package that way we can fix error for you if not contacted within the 3-5 days we cannot do anything about it. 

11.) Can i get a refund on an order I placed? 

- All eligible orders will be issued store credit only! You will have to ship all items back to us FREE OF STAINS and IN NEW CONDITIONS. Once we receive package we will activate store credit with the email you provided us. SHIPPING FEES ARE NON —REFUNDABLE, & return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. 

 

12.) Babyaddys went past the turn around time what can I do?

- You can contact us immediately after the 14 business days by email or Facebook group before you do any claim on PayPal or other social sites. we will assure you with a full refund.


13.) I got refund on a drop I placed, why?

- If you get a refund that means we went over our orders and don’t have enough for it or that item.

 

14.) I placed an order but got refund, why?

- Item was most likely priced wrong and noticed so refund was sent to buyers.

 

 

15.) Is BabyAddys responsible for any lost damaged stolen items?

- No we are not responsible for any of the above once packages are shipped and tracked it’s ( NOT ) our responsibility once it’s out our hands hope you understand. 

 


16.) Can BabyAddys change my address if put incorrect?

 - Yes, we can change address for you but you’ll have to contact us immediately with name, order # and correct shipping address.
